Rev Marlene Villafana

God called me and chose me out of the Miss World Beauty Pagant to represent him in his kingdom and serve him in full-time ministry. Thirtythree years ago I said "Yes to Jesus" and have been serving him continually. I was previoucsly married, now divorced and I am the mother of two wonderful sons. With a passion for Prayer, Praise and Worship, I first served as a worship leader, then became a full-time intercessor serving under the Apostleship of Apostle Austin De Bourg at Trinidad Christian Center. In 1996 I completed a three year Diploma in Theology then served as a lecturer for one year at Rhema Bible School under the tutelage of Pastor Elmore Anthony. In May 2007, I began to serve as a national intercessor on radio ISAAC 98.1fm leading the nation in prayer on Monday mornings from 5am to 6am.

After serving faithfully for fifteen years at my home church God rewarded me with my own ministry called "Lifting up the name of Jesus revival ministries". An Evangelistic ministry that pioneered the move of integrating the church with the Police Service as well as other arms of the Protective Services, takes Gospel Miracle Crusades around the nation. With the crime situation in our nation lifting up the name of Jesus revival ministries is driven with passion by the Holy Spirit to see transformation come to our beloved nation.

On Sunday 16th September 2012, I was officially ordained in ministry. In addition to Evangelism, I now serve the wider Body of Christ preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

To God be the glory for the things he has done and continues to do in my life.
